Class descriptions

  • Barre

    A combination of pilates, ballet and yoga, Barre will leave you feeling lifted, tighter, yet more stretched out than ever. Lengthen, tighten and tone all of your smaller muscles with Barre, while increasing your flexibility at the same time.

  • Butts & Guts

    This class is a booty burner and core scorcher! We'll work your butts and guts to the max!

  • Circuit

    You never know what you'll get with Circuit classes, but it's a guaranteed great workout! You'll use weights and bodyweight exercises, in rotating circuits. Always something different to keep your body guessing!

  • EMOM

    An acronym for "every minute on the minute", EMOM workouts with Daidre challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. The remaining time within the minute is your recovery time. Daidre uses modifications to make sets achievable for everyone!

  • Game Time

    Get ready to PLAY! Every class Sam plays a different game to change up your workouts and bring out the FUN!

  • Gut Check

    We will fire up every inch of your CORE in this class!

  • Heavy

    This class will focus on heavy weight lifting and technique. Slower paced, shorter reps, heavy weights!

  • HIIT Butt

    Heart-pumping high intensity interval training for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of sizzling butts and guts!

  • Interval Training

    This class focuses on working for specific amounts of time and resting for specific amounts of time. There is no set rep scheme--it's just you and your body working for a certain amount of time. This type of training allows all skill levels to work at their own desired pace while staying together. Allyse will utilize any and every movement for her class so no two classes will be alike! It can include weights, body weight, cardio--you name it she will use it! All moves can be modified to meet you where you are currently on your fitness journey!

  • Kettlebell AMPD

    Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie torching fun! Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, into a total body workout!

  • Pilates

    This mat-based class is a full-body workout that promotes strength, stability, and flexibility. Misty will help you use deep, focused breathing with dynamic, fluid movements and repetitive exercises to target the body's “powerhouse," which includes the glutes, hips, and deep torso muscles.

  • Pound

    Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!

  • Pound UNPLUGGED

    POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey, designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.

  • Power Up

    Using a barbell or dumbells, you'll work every muscle group, while music pushes you in this total body workout!

  • Strong Nation

    Stop counting reps and start training to the beat! Strong Nation with Katy combines body weight, muscle conditioning and plyometric training. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music! Strong Nation works your entire body to hit your ultimate fitness goals!

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    This Yin/Yang class includes a gentle beginning, creating space and awareness of the body and mind. Misty will help you focus on connecting your breath to the flowing repetition of movements, developing strength and balance, and will end in a relaxing savasana and meditation.
